Partytable LTD ( "Partytable")
Terms and Conditions of Sale
A customer not satisfied with any of the goods purchased may return them within 10 days in order to be eligible for a refund. The customer returning goods will be required to provide evidence that the goods were faulty when received.
Credit Card Security
All partytable purchases are designed to take place in a safe environment using the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology and a Secure Server.
Credit Card Payments
All payments for goods supplied must be paid for in advance of delivery by credit or debit card.
Partytable accepts all major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express).
Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.
Goods supplied will as relevant comply with any applicable European Safety regulations. Customers should retain any packaging for future reference.
Note: Adults should inflate balloons and will be responsible to supervise their use with children.
Chocolate Products and Confectionery
Please note whilst care has been taken these products may contain traces of nuts.
Partytable will seek to ensure that delivery takes place in accordance with agreed delivery terms. However, failure to meet the delivery target shall not entitle the customer to terminate the purchase or obtain a refund unless such failure is due to the act or neglect of Partytable. Unless otherwise agreed in writing Partytable shall deliver the goods to customers at the premises specified in the order form. Partytable shall have no liability if the delivery premises address is incorrect (or insufficient) and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that premises delivery details are correct and sufficient.
Partytable shall not be obliged to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or otherwise incorrect unless such damage etc is due to the act or neglect of Partytable. In the event of the customer receiving a damaged, defective or incorrect item, the customer is required to return the same within 10 days.
Partytable warrants that customers' personal information will be kept private and secure and Partytable will not make same available to a third party save to the extent this may be required to ensure delivery or otherwise to comply with law/applicable regulations.
Unless otherwise agreed the customer will be deemed to have authorised Partytable to use the information that Partytable obtains to :
- Process the order(s)
- Manage the customer's account
- Monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to assist development and improvement of site etc
- Notify customer about Partytable services etc
Customers will be deemed to have authorised Partytable to send information about Partytable products and services by telephone, email or in writing to the intent that Partytable in such circumstances shall not be in breach of the Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 1999 or the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) Code of Practice.
