Partytable has a number of delivery options, depending on how quickly you need your products or the value of your order.

UK DELIVERIES

Standard Delivery (5 - 7 working days*)            £5.95

Express Delivery (2 - 3 working days*)              £7.95

Next Day Delivery (to arrive before 1pm Mon-Fri)       £9.95                 

(orders must be placed before 12 noon)

Next Day Delivery on Saturday (will arrive by 1pm)    £14.95

(orders must be placed by 12.00 noon Friday)

Orders under £5.00                                                  £1.95

Orders over £75.00 (5 - 7 standard delivery)      FREE

* Please Note: Working days are Monday - Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays. Occasionally for larger orders we may weigh the package before dispatch and advise of any additional charges.

Europe/Worldwide Deliveries:

We are happy to deliver anywhere in the world - just phone or email us and we will quote you the delivery charge. We use Royal Mail Airsure for our overseas  deliveries - and you will only be charged their postage fees with no hidden extras. Returns

Partytable hope that you will be happy with all of your products purchased with us. If however, you are not satisfied with any of your purchases you may return them to us within 10 working days of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund.  Please see the Terms & Conditions page for more details.

Delivery FAQs

• If you have ordered more than one item.

Please note that we always try to dispatch all the products at the same time. If we are short of stock the items will be sent out as soon as they are back in stock.
 

• If you are not in when we deliver

There will be a card left by Royal Mail so you can rearrange redelivery.

• I want to order the product as a gift. Will the value of the gift appear on the packing slip?

The value of the order will be packaged within the delivery - unless you advise by email that you do not want the invoice included in your package.
 

• Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

I am afraid we don't currently offer this service. However, your products will arrive beautifully packaged by the Partytable team.
 

• Can I get an invoice for my order?

You will receive a receipt with your package and an email advising you that your transaction has been confirmed.
