How much do you charge for delivery?
Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 for UK deliveries. Please see our Delivery Options pages for further options.
I have ordered several items - when should I expect to receive them?
We will always try to dispatch all products on your order at the same time. If we are out of stock of some items, they will be sent out as soon as they arrive back in stock.
Can I add to my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately not, as your order will have been passed directly to our warehouse for shipping. You will need to place a new separate order for any additional items.
How will my order be delivered?
Partytable use Royal Mail for deliveries within the UK, and couriers for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland.
What if I am not in when you deliver?
Royal Mail or our courier company will leave a card for you to rearrange delivery.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Partytable will deliver to any where in the world. If you would like an order posted to an address outside the UK, please contact us and we will quote you the exact postage value. We only charge Royal Mail's prices - with no extra charges added.
Can I return my order?
We hope that you will be fully satisfied with all of the purchases you receive from Partytable. However, if your goods are faulty, you should return them to Partytable within 10 working days. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for further details.
I want my order to be a gift - will the value of the goods appear in the packaging?
A delivery note detailing the value of the order willl be packaged within the delivery.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Sorry, we don't currently offer this service, but you will receive your order beautifully packaged by the Partytable team.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will receive a receipt by email once you have placed your order.
Is it safe to send my credit card details when ordering online?
Yes- all Partytable purchases are designed to take place in a safe environment using the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology and a Secure Server.
Partytable will not pass on your email address to any third party for marketing purposes.
Partytable only sends emails to people with whom they have had contact through one or more of the following routes:
- Items were purchased from Partytable via the web-site.
- An account was created on the Partytable web-site.
- An email address was entered into the Newsletter sign up box on our web-site.
- You have entered a competition via our web-site.
If you have received a newsletter from Partytable and believe that none of the above applies to you and would like to stop receiving these Newsletters, you can do this by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the word "unsubscribe" in the message box and we will remove you from our email list.
The information we collect about you includes your name, address, phone number and email address. We collect this in order to complete your order and to improve your shopping experience. We do not store any credit/debit card details.
